Responsibilities
- Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Design a daily and weekly schedule
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

When the previous owner retired, she made it her mission to find someone that shared her passion and love for children. She met Teresa and knew immediately that it was the perfect fit. Not only did she have a lifetime of experience working with children, her passion and love for children was very clear! Teresa’s overall knowledge and experience, combined with Casey’s background in business management provides a loving, caring, and safe environment where children can learn while having fun!
