 Looking for a good manager / advisor to take over my shop . We are busy and always growing. I'm currently looking into opening up a 2nd location so I need someone to oversee things here.  If you have a positive attitude and are looking to better yourself and your career please send me a message. This is a smaller ( 7bay ) shop , and at this time I need someone that can also write service. If you don't have an extensive background in service writing and aren't comfortable with selling this probably isn't a good fit for you. Your pay is based on performance and the sky's the limit.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least three years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

You will oversee daily operations and assist sales and service managers in setting big but realistic goals. Responsibilities 
    
  • Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
  • Must have experience in sales / service writing 
  • Recruit, hire, and train service advisors and technicians 
  • Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility for the shop
  • Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with customers 
  • Implement growth strategies that align with automotive shop objectives 
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy 
  • Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle sales, and the automotive industry as a whole
Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience in a sales manager or general manager position for an automotive repair shop 
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
  • Possess a state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record 
  • Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
  • Having a background as a technician or service advisor is preferable 
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
