Medical Social Worker or Behavioral Counselor

Nurocoach is a hybrid telehealth/in-person mental health practice committed to helping Americans address the national shortage of mental health professionals. We focus on helping patients with depression, anxiety, and related challenges, often resulting from healthcare trauma. We are a patient-centered psychiatric clinic committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based mental health care. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff who work together to deliver integrated treatment in a supportive, professional environment.
Our growing outpatient psychiatric clinic in Bryan, TX, is seeking compassionate, skilled, and motivated licensed clinicians to join our collaborative team. We are currently hiring:
- LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
- LPC-A - Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
- LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker
- LMFT – Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Position Overview
The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and thrives in a collaborative clinical setting. Providers will deliver outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families across the lifespan.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers for coordinated care
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted state license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or Psy.D.)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field
- Experience in outpatient mental health preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills, and be comfortable with technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
