- Lead a structured, engaging preschool classroom
- Support students' academic, behavioral, and social growth
- Implement daily lesson plans aligned to BPI curriculum
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Create a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
- Collaborate with a team focused on results and student success
What We're Looking For
- Passion for early childhood education
- Strong classroom management and consistency
- Team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism
- DCF 40-hour training hours
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Level 2 Background Screening
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
