- Lead emergency response teams and manage restoration projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the restoration process.
- Train and mentor crew members, ensuring adherence to best practices, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Oversee daily operations, including equipment maintenance, safety checks, and inventory management.
- Coordinate and execute emergency mitigation efforts, including water, fire, mold, and other disaster recovery services.
- Perform hands-on tasks, including debris removal, equipment setup, and site preparation, while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate closely with management to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 4 IICRC Certifications (or equivalent experience) with expertise in water, fire, and mold restoration.
- Industry Experience – At least 2-3 years of restoration/mitigation experience.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate others in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and equipment, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain them.
- A valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call and emergency response situations.
