Our team is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we are looking for skilled and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team. 

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a love for cooking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in preparing and presenting dishes that delight our members and guests. You must be 18 years of age or over to apply. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards. 
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet the club’s high standards. 
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all sanitation and safety guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute daily specials and seasonal menus. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager. 
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. 
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager. 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or country club setting is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and kitchen equipment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one. 
  • Be 18 years old or over. 
Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
