Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage restoration projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead and mentor a team of restoration technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Assess damage and determine the most effective restoration approach.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, providing regular project updates.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the restoration or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards, procedures, and best practices.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
