Responsibilities:
- Utilize prior sales experience to reach out to small businesses and promote our recruiting services.
- Actively engage with potential clients to encourage them not only to sign up for our recruitment solutions but to see the long-term benefit of our recruiting process and approach.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress using our CRM systems.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and foster relationships with prospective clients.
- Embrace and embody Evergreen's company culture, becoming an ambassador for our brand.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- Ability to commute to DeWitt, MI for in-person training initially.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms (such as Google Drive, Click-Up, Slack, AI platforms, etc.)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
- Able to accommodate 30 hours of work per week in a professional, remote setting.
- Prior experience in or exposure to the insurance industry is a plus.
