Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented visual Content Coordinator to oversee the planning, production, and execution of visual content across various platforms. This role requires expertise in photography, videography, and graphic design, as well as strong leadership and project management skills to delegate and coordinate tasks among internal teams and external vendors.

The ideal candidate understands the nuances of visual content strategy for websites, social media, and print materials and can ensure brand consistency across all visual assets. They will work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to develop compelling content that aligns with company goals and engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement a content production calendar for visual assets, ensuring timely delivery for campaigns, website updates, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to align visual content with company objectives.
  • Research industry trends and best practices in visual storytelling, social media engagement, and digital marketing.
Production & Execution:
  • Oversee and participate in photography and videography sessions, ensuring high-quality content production.
  • Manage graphic design projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website visuals, and print collateral.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetic consistency across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with our in house operations assistant to execute tasks requiring external vendors (freelancers, agencies, printers, and production companies) as needed.
Team Coordination & Delegation:
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to in-house designers, videographers, photographers, and editors.
  • Provide clear creative direction, constructive feedback, and project timelines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage workloads, assign priorities, and oversee project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align visual content with broader company initiatives.
Editing & Post-Production:
  • Oversee and approve video edits, retouched photography, and final graphic designs before publishing.
  • Ensure all visual assets are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print.
  • Maintain an organized archive of photo, video, and design files for future use.
Website, Social Media & Print Content Management:
  • Understand the role of visuals in enhancing website user experience and engagement.
  • Work closely with the web development team to ensure high-quality imagery and videos on digital platforms.
  • Develop scroll-stopping social media content and engaging graphics for digital campaigns.
  • Oversee the production of brochures, flyers, event banners, and other print materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in content production, creative direction, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio of photography, videography, and graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Experience with camera operation, lighting, and video production techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in delegation and coordination.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of website design principles and how visuals impact user experience.
  • Knowledge of social media content trends and best practices for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and print design specifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing, branding, or digital media.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
  • Understanding of SEO principles for visual content.
  • Experience in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
