Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Construction-Remodeling-Repair. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. Your daily tasks will include directing and coordinating the logistics of the project, managing project timelines, performing site inspections, expediting project activities, and ensuring that all the projects are executed within budget and profit margins. You will be working closely with the clients and coordinating with the in-house team and sub contractors to ensure that the project meets the client's requirements.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
- Project Management and Logistics Management skills
- Experience in expediting and inspection processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple project deadlines
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Construction Management or a related field)
- Experience in the restoration and construction industry is a plus
- Additional certification or training in project management and safety protocols is highly desirable
Role on the Team (Job Functions):
- Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
- Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R
- Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.
