Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee daily operations and maintain standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and support staff; conduct evaluations.
- Curriculum Development: Implement quality programs and support teachers.
- Family Engagement: Build relationships with parents and communicate regularly.
- Financial Management: Manage the budget and enrollment.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe environment and maintain the facility.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Supervisory experience, preferably in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child development best practices
- Organized, positive, and a great team builder
- Genuine love for children and commitment to education
