MedSpa Manager – IVIVA MedSpa & Wellness Center (Orange Park, FL)

Your Role
As our Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team, optimizing operations, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing financial and administrative tasks, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Key Qualifications:
  • Luxury Retail & Beauty Expertise – Experience managing top-tier beauty brands ensuring an elevated client experience.
  • Exceptional Sales & Upselling Skills – A proven track record of driving revenue growth through product knowledge, personalized consultations, and strategic promotions.
  • Strong Leadership & Team Management – Experienced in training and developing a high-performing team, setting sales goals, and maintaining service excellence.
  • Impeccable Personal Presentation – Always polished and professional, reflecting the brand’s high standards in beauty and aesthetics.
  • Client-Centric Mindset – Deep understanding of luxury customer service, focusing on relationship-building and VIP client retention.
  • Aesthetic Industry Knowledge – Passion for medical aesthetics, skincare treatments, and cosmetic procedures, with a willingness to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Operational Savvy – Skilled in overseeing daily spa operations, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with medspa regulations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience in a MedSpa, aesthetics, or luxury wellness setting
  • Strong background in business operations, team management, and client relations
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to implement growth strategies
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM, scheduling, and POS systems
  • Knowledge of medical aesthetics services, including Botox, fillers, lasers, and IV therapy, is a plus
  • Passion for the health, beauty, and wellness industry
  • Able to balance a warm, welcoming demeanor with strong leadership skills.
