At All Saints Insurance Agency, we are looking for a client-focused, service-driven Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. What You’ll Do
  • Help Clients with Policy Updates & Questions – Be the go-to resource for policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries.
  • Retention & Relationship Management – Check in with clients proactively to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Cross-Sell When It Makes Sense – Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional protection (e.g., bundling home & auto).
  • Stay Organized & Efficient – Use NowCerts AMS to process payments, documentation, and client follow-ups accurately.
  • Collaborate with the Team – Work with agents to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years as an Insurance CSR or Account Manager in an agency setting preferred.
  • Licensed in Louisiana (Property & Casualty) – Or willing to obtain within 30 days (Life & Health a plus).
  • Exceptional Customer Service & Problem-Solving Skills – You love helping people!
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to multi-task in a busy environment while keeping client records accurate.
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable with AMS/CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Team Player Mindset – We thrive on collaboration and a positive attitude!
