We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Agent's Assistant to support our office with scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping both clients and team members stay on track.
Role Description:
As an Agent's Assistant, you will manage the agent's calendar, schedule appointments, and assist with day-to-day office operations. Your attention to detail, commitment to client relations, and ability to multitask will make you a key player in our success. Responsibilities:
- Manage the agent’s calendar and coordinate scheduling of appointments
- Assist with general customer service tasks, ensuring client needs are met promptly and professionally
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support, including handling inquiries about insurance availability, policy changes, claims, billing, and coverage details
- Use excellent communication skills to enhance the customer experience and support business growth
