Job Summary:
As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect products while ensuring they have an unforgettable shopping experience. From assisting customers to ringing up sales, stocking shelves, and keeping the store looking top-notch, you’ll play a vital role in making our store a go-to destination for all things fireworks!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer with a big smile and an explosive energy, creating a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, offering recommendations, and answering questions with expert product knowledge.
- Work at the register, accurately handling sales transactions, payments, receipts, and refunds.
- Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring our store shines.
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow all safety and loss prevention protocols.
- Drive sales by actively participating in promotions and showcasing featured products.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge so you can confidently guide customers to the best selections.
- Take ownership of inventory tasks, including stocking and processing shipments.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills – you love chatting with customers and making their day brighter!
- Ability to work a cash register quickly and accurately.
- A team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
