We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within our firm.
Work Arrangement: In-Person Only
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (extended hours during tax season may apply)

Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and review individual, business, foundation, and trust tax returns.
- Enter and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Work closely with tax planning professionals to optimize client tax strategies.
- Manage multiple client accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Stay up to date with tax laws and industry changes to provide top-tier service.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tax preparation, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and complex returns.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- CPA or EA designation is a plus but not required.
