The canvass manager will play a significant role in the strategic planning and expansion of the lead generation force in the market. Leading field marketing efforts, the Manager is responsible for the overall success and growth of their teams. You will assist with driving growth within our industry leading in-house train and development sales and appointment setting manuals. We have a 2 week learning and development program that will assure success for yourself and colleagues alike. If you've worked within the solar industry, great, you can always sharpen your skills. If you are new to the industry, excellent, we love honing the skills of personnel with high potential levels. We looking forward to working with you!


 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL 
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Must know how to self generate appointments
  • Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals.
  • MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations.
  • MUST Attend and Pass Sales Consultant Training program.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Market Clark Energies and Set-up new clientele 
  • Teach new hires how to Canvass and schedule appointments
  • Teach new hires how to Consult potential clientele at pre-scheduled appointments
  • Host weekly Team and Consultant Meetings 
  • Will learn and implement generating leads through multiple methods- including, but not limited to: direct sales, door-to-door, referrals, online selling, community events, and social media
  • Educate homeowners on positive effects of Solar energy including cost savings, clean energy benefits, and worthwhile investment to clients' home.
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
