Kind Loyal Service RN, Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Bronx, NY team. If you're passionate about helping others recover, improve their physical health, and achieve their wellness goals, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on physical therapy and exercise programs to patients of all ages.
- Educate patients and their families about exercises and lifestyle changes to manage and prevent injuries.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatments.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New York.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in outpatient care or rehabilitation is preferred, but not required.
Required Licenses and Documents for New York Physical Therapists:
- Physical Therapy License issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
- Proof of passing the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
- Proof of Continuing Education (as required by NYSED).
- CPR Certification (Adult/Infant/Child).

Salary: $120 for initial evaluation - $90 for follow-up visits
