The Position

Perform finish carpentry and other construction-related work as requested by project manger
Maintain the efficiency of production (i.e. store trips, driving efficiencies, work produced by day)
Perform mitigation services as necessary during Catastrophe situations
Be knowledgeable about building products, new products, building technologies, etc.
Performed work in accordance with safety regulations.
Keep an eye out for safety concerns when on-site at losses or at the office
Use proper PPE, when required
Communicate with Management and all customers should be informative and courteous
Provide excellent Customer service to maintain NPS of 9 or better
Maintain a professional and mature manner when representing the company; NO profanity, NO horseplay, etc.
Obtain & maintain additional IICRC certifications, when requested by management
All work will be performed according to company policies & procedures aligning with the Mission, Goals, and Values of Paul Davis Restoration.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly wages (Depending on the level of experience)
PTO after 90 days of employment
Six Paid Holidays

Company supplied vehicle after 90 days of employment to be used to and from job sites

Requirements

Requirements:

Carpentry and construction experience
High School Diploma or GED
Current Drivers License
Able to lift/push/pull 75 lb.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Extremely Organized

Physical Demands:

Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs..
May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull.
Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent.
