RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments and service customer transactions (billing and claims). Follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Marketing will include reaching out to small business owners and apartment complex managers.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Evaluate business or individual customer needs to manage their everyday insurance risks.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer focused listening skills
- Sales or Customer Service experience (retail sales associate, banking, wait staff or telemarketing) preferred
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Must be tech savvy

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

- Our office is open 9-5 Monday-Friday Evenings and Saturdays by appontment.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- I am a proud graduate of Florida State University and Bowling Green State University.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 65+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
