Ellie Mental Health is growing in Tennessee—and we’re looking for an experienced clinical supervisor to grow with us.
We’re seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider and Approved Supervisor designations (LPC-MHSP-S) who wants a role that goes beyond traditional therapy.
In this position, you’ll work with clients, guide developing counselors, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help create a clinical environment where people feel supported.

Your Impact
As an LPC-MHSP-S, you’ll have two important areas of focus: client care and professional development.
Clinical Care
- Assess clients and identify appropriate diagnoses and treatment needs
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing therapeutic services
- Complete clinical notes, intakes, treatment plans, and other required documentation
- Use creative approaches and interventions based on individual client needs
- Coordinate care with families, case managers, medical providers, and other professionals when appropriate
Clinical Supervision
- Provide supervision to counselors working toward full Tennessee licensure
- Offer guidance, feedback, and professional support to developing clinicians
- Help supervisees strengthen their clinical skills and navigate professional responsibilities
- Contribute to a collaborative environment that supports ongoing clinical growth
Team & Clinic Support
- Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including hours associated with supervisees
- Participate in clinical meetings and professional trainings
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Provide excellent service to clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Assist with other duties that contribute to the clinic's success
Experience & Credentials
We’re looking for a clinician who has:
- A master's degree in behavioral science or a related field
- At least 5 years of clinical experience
- Tennessee LPC-MHSP-S licensure
- Required training and experience in clinical supervision
- Strong experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Experience serving a diverse client population
- Familiarity with Office 365 and electronic health record platforms
- Valant experience is a plus
- Ideally, credentialing with insurance panels

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
