Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service and sales-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! You are someone who has a strong background in phone sales and marketing, and preferably with experience in the housekeeping industry. As a Sales Associate, you will have at least 3 years of experience in closing deals over the phone, a solid understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to relate to the unique aspects of the housekeeping sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients, focusing on housekeeping services.
- Close sales deals effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our housekeeping services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients and housekeeping team.
- Educate team members on marketing best practices and insights to enhance overall sales performance.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the housekeeping sector.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
- Willingness to work Tuesday - Saturday
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
