About the Role
LearningRx Fort Collins is seeking friendly, sharp, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Brain Trainers (Cognitive Skills Coaches). In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with students of all ages, helping them strengthen core cognitive skills and reach their full potential.

LearningRx is a research-based brain training program that uses fun, challenging exercises delivered one-on-one. Our programs help clients improve skills such as reading, memory, attention, and processing speed—making learning easier and life more manageable.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one brain training sessions using our proven programs
- Motivate, challenge, and encourage students in a supportive environment
- Track progress and celebrate student achievements
- Commit to supporting each new student through their full program (typically 6–9+ months)
- Complete our paid certification training
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, encouraging attitude
- Strong reading, spelling, and memory skills
- Ability to learn and process information quickly
- Passion for helping others succeed
- Availability between 3–8 PM Monday–Friday (Saturday availability is a plus)
- Ability to work long-term, part-time employment - 2 year minimum commitment

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
