What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and all office communications to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to uncover opportunities for insurance solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively follow up to meet customer needs.
- Provide vital administrative support to the team, assisting with various projects and tasks.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in receptionist or customer service roles, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys connecting with people.
- Highly organized and adept at multitasking to keep the office running efficiently.
- Comfortable initiating and participating in sales-related conversations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems or willing to learn.
