About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Central Pro Insurance Services in Riverside, CA. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage office operations and administrative staff
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
