Position Overview 

 
We are seeking a Manager, Planning & Forecasting to drive operational efficiency through data-driven forecasting and resource planning. This role is critical in ensuring our teams are prepared to handle demand fluctuations, optimize capacity, and align financial strategies with business growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in demand planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain demand and capacity planning models to ensure resource alignment with business needs. 

• Analyze historical data, market trends, and operational performance to provide accurate forecasting for labor, equipment, and materials. 

• Collaborate with leadership to create budgets, financial models, and strategic forecasts that support business objectives. 

• Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational effectiveness. 

• Work closely with department heads to anticipate workload changes and allocate resources accordingly. 

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project timelines, costs, and profitability. 

• Provide insights on trends and risks to support decision-making at the executive level. 

• Implement and improve forecasting tools, methodologies, and reporting systems. 

 
Qualifications 

• Proven experience in demand planning, capacity planning, or financial forecasting. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource optimization. 

• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way. 

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms). 

• Industry knowledge in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
