Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and patient CNA's or HHA's with experience in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care to provide dedicated, in-home support to clients with memory impairments. If you have a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with cognitive decline, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
✔ Provide gentle redirection and memory care support to ensure client safety
✔ Engage clients in cognitive activities and meaningful social interactions
✔ Assist with mobility support, including transfers and ambulation assistance
✔ Prepare meals and assist with feeding or medication reminders when necessary
✔ Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, mood, or behavior
✔ Offer compassionate companionship to reduce anxiety and confusion
✔ Maintain a structured, safe, and clean environment

Qualifications:
✅ Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification
✅ Valid CPR certification
✅ Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
✅ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
✅ Physical ability to assist with mobility and lifting
