What You’ll Need:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a world-class team.
  • A passion for customer service and helping people in need.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process.
  • Keep your truck and equipment clean, stocked, and well-organized.
  • Be on-call as needed and accessible by phone for emergencies.
  • Assist in facility-related tasks and work closely with team members.
  • Step into leadership roles when needed, helping guide your fellow team members.
