Job Summary
The BODYBAR Pilates Sales Lead (SL) is responsible for achieving sales targets through management of sales staff and membership operations. This individual is responsible for the implementation of the studio’s sales process and serves as the face of the brand both in and out of the studio. The role requires someone with sales, management, and leadership experience. Boutique fitness experience is a plus.

The responsibilities and duties outlined below are not exhaustive and are subject to change: 
 
· Achieve monthly net membership targets through implementation of BODYBAR sales and lead generation strategies that include but are not limited to: sales events and partnerships for the Parkway Studio.
·Self- generate leads via grassroots marketing, partnerships and member referrals
· Pre-plan, schedule and participate in local networking and community events, in-studio events, and Studio promotions. Examples include working with the City of Folsom events, Folsom chamber events and meetings.
· Ensure all events are posted on FB, Visit Folsom, Folsom Chamber calendars, etc. 
· Open BODYBAR to include but not limited to: Local health Fairs, wedding industry, wellness centers, Folsom Farmers Market, Etc.
· Open BODYBAR Partnerships to include but not limited to the corporate section such as: Hotels and hospitals.
· Evaluate performance of sales staff and instruct on methods of improvement
· Management of client base 
· Enforce policies and procedures
· Deliver daily results recap
· Implementation and execution of sales goals

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales quotas
  • Adept in self-generating leads via community events, partnerships, and referrals
  • excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
  • Highly organized; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
  • Proficient with client management software
  • Passionate about fitness

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
