RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls to provide spectacular service to our customers, accept payments, transfer to claims, general service inquiries, etc.
- Outbound calls to customers and prospective customers.
- Assist agents in our office.
- Learn and advance in our agency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to multi-task productively.
- Team player, servant leader.
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
