East Norriton-based property-subrogation firm, de Luca Levine LLC, seeks an attorney with litigation and/or litigation support experience. Property, Casualty, and/or Products background (defense or plaintiff) preferred. Strong research, writing, and communication skills a must. PA, NJ and/or NY admission would be a plus.
Nationally recognized as subrogation authorities, de Luca Levine attorneys have years of experience investigating and prosecuting large dollar loss claims. This experience enables us to effectively represent clients throughout all phases of a subrogation case – from claim investigations and evidence retention to expert selection and litigation.
We have gained our clients’ confidences in taking a matter to trial through our successes in litigating cases in federal and state courts throughout the country.
The ability to successfully pursue subrogation claims requires innovative strategies and a relentless mindset.
