Objective:
To provide superior customer service, utilize effective sales tactics, drive traffic to the location, continually increase the membership base, and focus on retaining current members. Engage and participate in marketing efforts and weekly social media posts across Meta. The MSA is passionate about Fitness, Health, and Wellness, and builds relationships with members while upholding the integrity and good reputation of the HOTWORX brand through innovative content creation and follower growth across all social platforms, as well as professional representation of the brand at all times.
Job Responsibilities:
· Estimate approximately 25-30 hours per week unless otherwise noted by management.
· Arriving early, 15 minutes before all scheduled work shifts, outside promotions, corporate sales appointments, and employee educational/training sessions is recommended.
· Consistently maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the HOTWORX® Uniform Policy & Code of Conduct.
· Always strive for only 5-star online ratings for Yelp, Facebook, Google, and other listing sites!
· Follow general cleaning and maintenance checklists and guides as assigned by management.
· Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift.
- Make every member feel special and keep them motivated for the workouts
- Assist members during their visits by providing warm greetings for each visit, answering their questions, offering proper sauna and workout instructions, addressing all post-workout inquiries, and offering suggestions on gear, hydration, and other retail items.
- Promote participation in the Burn Off Challenge and use of the HOTWORX® App.
- Sell memberships and do the necessary prospecting and outside promotions for new members.
- Achieve all membership sales goals. Full billing information and signatures are required for completed sales.
- Sell retail and learn everything that needs to be discovered about all products and future products that will be introduced. Achieve all retail sales goals.
- Maintain studio and equipment clean/sanitized
- Take the necessary steps to meet all prospecting and sales goals.
- Assist the manager in social media engagement posts, promotions, and ongoing ad campaigns by providing insight on results, ideas, and more to increase traffic and promote online engagement.
- Review and update Studio Prospecting/Client tracking logs daily to ensure proper exercise of prospecting duties and follow to increase sales opportunity and personal commissions. This includes new member follow-up, tracking new guests, and other related tasks.
- Utilize all HOTWORX®® marketing tools simultaneously and consistently to maximize traffic.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year of sales experience, not shy to speak and cross-sell products
· Passion for Fitness, Health, and Wellness
· Excellent sales skills, and sells cross-products
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to connect and build relationships with members
· Positive, can-do attitude
· “Very Strong Social Media Presence” and background in Meta
· Complete all required certifications in a timely manner
· Must be bilingual
· Hourly Rate: $11 - $13, base hourly Pay,+ Commission (Sales & Performance Based)
Compensation: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
