Duties
- Develop and prepare the restaurant menu
- Create new menu items and recipes
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Prepare ingredients and manage freshness
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and control food costs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Leadership skills to manage kitchen staff effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
