Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed work instructions to perform electrical and mechanical assembly of electronic components.
- Utilize hand tools, adhesives, and soldering equipment to assemble products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of job tenure (3+ years in a previous role).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work on site in Hudson, NH.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IPC-610 or equivalent soldering certification.
- Experience with hand-soldering electronic components.
