Child Care Assistant Teacher
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities (training provided).
- Observe and document children’s development and learning milestones.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Communicate positively with children, parents, and team members.
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Be open to feedback and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, diapering/toileting, and rest time.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience in child care is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
- Must be willing to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, flexible, and passionate about helping children thrive.
