Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team during nights and weekends. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to questions about orders, returns, sizing, and product availability while representing the Wild Oak brand with kindness and professionalism.

In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to questions about orders, returns, sizing, and product availability while representing the Wild Oak brand with kindness and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
- Assist with order issues, tracking, returns, exchanges, and general questions
- Use tools like Shopify, Redo, Gorgias, and our returns portal to manage support requests
- Flag recurring issues or customer feedback to the team for improvement
- Maintain a positive, helpful tone that reflects our brand values
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm, compassionate, and professional under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, or e-commerce platforms is a plus
Schedule:
- Part-time (approx. 10–20 hours/week)
- Must be available evenings and weekends
