Summary
As a Warehouse Lead with Ameritex Vending Company, you will build orders for Route Drivers, perform the daily check-in of Route Drivers, ensure efficient inventory levels are met and enter data in SEED operating system daily, while maintaining safety standards. Your warehouse experience including inventory control will help drive operational excellence, while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Build orders for Route Drivers.
- Check-in Route Drivers daily.
- Maintain inventory, and product distribution.
- Ensure quality, cleanliness, and company policies and programs are maintained.
- Organize efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- Proactively check SEED / Cantaloupe operating systems daily
- Accurately enter data into SEED / Cantaloupe operating systems daily including:
- Daily price change adjustments
- Proper scheduling of machines
- Identify machine repairs needed
- Communicate with CEO/President
- Support and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- (2) years of warehouse or related experience.
- Warehouse, facilities maintenance, support services, and or housekeeping experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondents, good verbal communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and good driving record.
- (3-4) years experience and knowledge of MS office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
- Ability to lift, squat, bend, reach and lift 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in inventory management and control
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
