Job Description
This role supports the maintenance of Epic provider records, including work queue resolution, ServiceNow tasks, and customer support tickets. Responsibilities include addressing registration and scheduling issues, configuring EVS and transport systems, and maintaining Epic Place of Service Records for billing/referrals. The role requires strong Epic expertise and a team-oriented approach.
Compensation: $75.00 per hour
