ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This is an excellent opportunity to develop customer service, sales, and administrative skills while working in a professional office environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is an excellent opportunity to develop customer service, sales, and administrative skills while working in a professional office environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Scan and organize documents into the system.
- Assist with prospecting for new customers.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently.
- Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships.
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
