- Prepare MassHealth (Medicaid) applications and related paperwork.
- Print, organize, and assemble complete estate plan binders and other legal packages.
- Write clear, professional cover letters and client communications.
- Answer basic client questions about their case status by phone or email.
- Manage and update client files and legal data.
- Sit at the front desk to greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Help with light office/reception tasks like setting up conference rooms, making coffee, and keeping the front area welcoming.
- Occasionally provide backup phone coverage when needed — everyone helps ensure calls are answered.
