What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, and claims support.
- Educate & Advise – Conduct needs-based policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage.
- Identify Sales Opportunities – Proactively recommend additional products that align with customer needs.
- Develop & Maintain Client Relationships – Become the go-to trusted resource for insurance solutions.
- Support Agency Growth – Generate referrals and promote our services to new and existing clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) Required – Communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
- Strong Communicator – Confident, personable, and clear in all interactions.
- Customer-Focused Mindset – Passion for providing outstanding service and support.
- Sales-Driven Service – Ability to recognize and act on in-book sales opportunities.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Manage multiple accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Licensed or Willing to Obtain – Must meet state insurance licensing requirements (we’ll guide you through the process).

- Our office is located in Philadelphia-Juniata Park neighborhood; licensed in PA, NJ, DE.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- I am a proud graduate of Temple University (Go Owls!).
