Full-Time Position | Must be available to work at both California, MD & Waldorf, MD locations

With over 700 locations worldwide, My Gym is the leader in children’s fitness, gymnastics, and unforgettable birthday parties for kids ages 6 weeks to 10 years old.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll be the Lead Instructor & Party Host, teaching classes, running events, and engaging directly with children and families. You’ll also take on additional responsibilities to support gym operations and staff development.
🤸♀️ Lead high-energy fitness, gymnastics, and ninja classes
🎂 Host and oversee birthday parties, camps & special events
💬 Assist with staff training, scheduling & customer service
📋 Help manage day-to-day gym operations and administrative tasks
🌟 Create a fun, safe, clean environment for children & families
🚗 Must be able to travel between both locations (California, MD & Waldorf, MD) – mileage subsidy provided

✅ Comfortable teaching classes, leading events, and mentoring staff
✅ Weekend availability required
⭐️ Previous experience in leadership, fitness, teaching, recreation, or childcare is a plus
💰 Starting pay: $16.75 – $22/hour (based on experience)
