Company Overview:
Our client is a growing meat processing and distribution company located in New Jersey. They specialize in providing high-quality meat products to local businesses and restaurants. As demand continues to grow, they are looking for motivated individuals to join their team. 

Position: Butcher / Meat Cutter (2nd Shift)
Location: New Jersey
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
Training provided – No certification required
English not required – Basic understanding is OK

Job Duties:
  •  Cut, trim, and portion different types of meat with accuracy and care
  •  Use knives and other cutting tools safely and efficiently
  •  Maintain clean and organized workstation and tools
  •  Follow all company safety, hygiene, and food quality guidelines
  •  Report any issues with machinery or meat quality
  •  Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the work area at the end of each shift

What We’re Looking For:
  •  Some experience with knives or meat cutting (required)
  •  Ability to work quickly and follow instructions
  •  Able to stand for long periods and do repetitive tasks
  •  Comfortable working in a cold environment (around 35°F)
  •  Team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements:
  •  High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  •  1–2 years of experience in meat processing, butchery, or related work (preferred)
  •  Basic English is helpful, but not required. Spanish-speaking team available
