About the Role
As a Project Estimator in Training, you’ll shadow experienced estimators, assist with site visits, learn to prepare estimates, and build relationships with customers. We’ll teach you how to manage leads, understand materials, work with insurance adjusters, and move jobs from inspection to production.
What You’ll Learn to Do
- Set appointments and assist with site inspections
- Support with estimates and job data entry
- Communicate with customers and guide them through the process
- Work alongside the production team to learn scheduling and materials
- Develop the skills to eventually run your own leads and close projects

- Have little to no experience
