As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Tracy Walker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with our book of business / existing customers to help them with their insurance and financial services needs.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Display good analytical skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Life/Health Insurance License
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in Life/Health/Financial Services Advisory

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
