Requirements:
- Speak and write Spanish (essential).
- Ability to constantly lift, carry and move heavy packages up to 50-70 lbs.
- Ability to work standing 100% of the day in variable temperature environments (dry warehouse, refrigeration areas).
- Commitment to punctuality and teamwork.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Speed in learning.
Responsibilities:
- Remove entire boxes from pallets and place on pallets. Large and heavy size boxes.
- Assemble Paddles
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Handling of dry, refrigerated and frozen products
- Loading and unloading goods
- Verify product labels, quantities, and conditions
- Follow safety protocols
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallets, forklifts, etc.)
- Support other general tasks as needed
