We are seeking a dedicated and talented Pizza Cook to prepare, cook, and serve pizzas in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen setting and a passion for crafting amazing pizzas. Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauce, and toppings according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook pizzas in a conveyor pizza oven
- Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection with attention to flavor, texture, and appearance
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while ensuring food quality
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in other kitchen duties as needed, including prepping ingredients and cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of ingredient shortages
- Ensure consistency in every pizza served to maintain the high standards of the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a kitchen role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong knowledge of pizza ingredients, dough preparation, and cooking methods
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for food quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

We offer a unique and thoughtful mix of hand-tossed pizzas, homemade pastas, fresh salads, top-notch sandwiches and the area's best hand-dipped ice cream. We are located directly on the Westmoreland Heritage trail, with plenty of outdoor patio seating in a beautiful setting. We also have a large, modern & rustic dining room for indoor dining, as well as a large bar featuring a full offering of local craft beers, imported wines and the world's finest spirits.
