I’ve been with State Farm since 2020 and proudly opened my own agency in November 2024. Today, I lead a team of four full-time employees in a fun, energetic office where we believe in working hard and celebrating our wins along the way.

Before entering the insurance world, I earned a degree in music production and spent several years as a teacher. That background shaped our agency’s culture of creativity, collaboration, and ownership. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Domenico Polo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent in both Spanish & English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
