Pay: $2790 per weekly
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy. 2. Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license 3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate. 4. National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred. 5. Minimum 1 year experience
Special Requirements
- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
- System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
- Oasis is preferred, but not required; please note if candidate does not have Oasis experience
Location: Pampa, TX 79065 Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm
M-F Patients: Inpatients and Outpatients 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital Swing Beds ICU unit Med/Surg Unit Orthopedics
Cardiac Cath Lab Acuity Level:

Per dept Needs Dress Code: Scrubs, no specific color
Compensation: $2,790.00 per week
