Position: Certified Pilates Instructor
Job Type: Full-time or part-time
Location: FFC South Loop
Compensation: $49–$70 per session (based on experience and certifications). New instructors earn commissions as well as have opportunity to earn bonuses in the first 90 day ($500–$1000/month for the first 3 months).

Qualifications:
  • Full Studio Certification: Must be certified or complete certification within 6 months
  • Educational Skills: Ability to teach Pilates and its benefits
  • CPR/AED Certification: Required
Your Role:
  • Build Your Schedule: Set your weekly appointments and maintain consistent service
  • Sales: Grow your client base using proven sales methods (training provided)
  • Safety: Ensure a clean, safe environment for all
  • Client Engagement: Help clients with exercise guidance and support
  • Promote FFC Programs: Build relationships and suggest relevant programs
  • Deliver Quality Training: Help clients achieve their fitness goals
  • Stay Informed: Attend meetings and continuing education sessions
  • Maintain Certifications: Keep Pilates and CPR/AED certifications up to date
  • Support Events: Volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs
Compensation: $45.00 - $66.00 per hour
